There has been a lot of controversial opinions about Starbucks, and that the company is supporting Israel during the situation on the Gaza Strip. This conflict between Israel and Palestine has been going on since the early 1900’s and has only gotten worse over time.
Starbucks has been accused of supporting Israel by donations since 2014 but they have always denied that accusation since then. But according to sources, Starbucks does not support any activities involving politics or religious cause. A post was posted on the social media platform, X, by the union, Starbucks workers united “solidarity with Palestine” under a previous post of an image of a bulldozer operated by Hamas tearing down a fence on the Gaza strip. After millions have seen this post, it spread dramatically and since then Starbucks has been getting boycotted all over the U.S. getting vandalized as well. Not only is Starbucks being accused of supporting this movement, but other companies have been circulating around this current event too.
No matter what will be said out loud by Starbucks, it doesn’t look like it’s going to be a pretty ending for them knowing this company is one pf the biggest coffee shop industries in the world. Another rumor has been stated about Starbucks suing its union after this “false” allegation and opinion, after clearly stating their opinion on this political view.
