Friday, September 29th, South High celebrated their 59th annual homecoming by holding a pep assembly, a football game, and a homecoming dance. At the pep assembly, student body president, Ngoc Vuong won Walmart’s Hometown Hero award. For the first time in weeks, the Titan Football team scored a touchdown. Although the team did not gain any more points on the scoreboard, football fans are still proud. At the dance, students danced the night away with Homecoming Queen and King, Nereida Lopez-Dominguez and Josue Talamontes.
