Falcon Age is a beautiful player versus enemy game with aspects of survival, fighting, and skill. The game is on Steam, PlayStation, Epic Games, Nintendo Switch, and VR. in the game you play as a girl named Ara, who was imprisoned by robots unjustly and separated from all life asides from a mother and baby falcon.
One day though, the mother falcon is spotted by a robot and is killed, yet the baby bird lives and falls into your room. Throughout the game you grow the baby bird, escaping your scientific jail and learning to survive with your Aunt. She teaches you how to hunt with your falcon, and how to cook food to keep your falcon safe. As you progress, you and the falcon get stronger as the falcon grows, yet eventually you have to let her go back into the wild where she came from so she can live a fulfilled life.
Overall, Falcon Age is a really beautiful yet sad game about anti-colonizing. It shows the harm it can do to what’s around you, and also that you can fix it if you try hard enough one step at a time. Getting to defeat the robots that once caged you with your intelligent companion is really rewarding, and taking care of the sweet bird is a nice addon.
You can even customize the falcon, and later on name the bird. This game is highly recommended, if a challenge and feeling rewarded sometimes and frustrated sometimes is wanted. It can be extremely tough, yet it is a truly gorgeous and unforgettable game.
