Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube and Twitter are just a few of the social media apps that are well known. Younger generations, specifically Gen Z, are constantly posting online, messaging friends and just simply browsing the internet.
This has two sides to a coin. It can connect those around the world and teach you new subjects everyday. However, since people have this kind of access, they can choose to do such things that affects one’s mental health immensely.
