Tiger King premiered March 2020 and later this year a Tiger King 2 will be released with an update on convicted felon, Joe Exotic. In January 2020 Joe or Joseph Maldonado-Passage was sentenced to 22 years in federal prison after being convicted of hiring two men to kill Carole Baskin.
The directors of the show, Eric Goode and Rebecca Chaiklin promise “more madness and mayhem” according to a Netflix press memo released on Thursday, September 23rd 2021.
