Let’s just give a little background on The Black Phone real quick. So obviously it’s about a kidnapper taking kids but mainly boys and there’s this kid that gets taken and his sister is basically the best sister ever and blah blah blah. It’s just you’re average kidnapping movie just a guy with a mask this time. I had to watch it on my phone cause I’m broke obviously but other than that it was a good movie. Now would I watch again, no probably not but I would recommend it to other people like friends, family etc. The movie began the filming process last year February 9, 2021 and was supposed to come June 24, 2021 but we all know it was Covid-19 and maybe other stuff too. It was an adaptation of 2004 of the same name by Joe Hill who is the son of Stephen King. Everybody did amazing in the movie and Ethan Hawke can play a kidnapper a little to good.
