NFL Week 3 Power Rankings
1. Philadelphia Eagles
Who could have seen this coming? The Philadelphia Eagles great offseason has paid off a ton. Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts has carried his team to a 3-0 start. The ability to run and his improved passing skills have made this team hard to defend.
2. Miami Dolphins
This Miami Dolphins team is off to a hot start. Now, the offense did not do a lot against the Bills, however their defense made many key stops against a high powered Bills offense. They are 3-0 and off to a great start. They will have a tough game this Thursday at Cincinnati with a short week of rest.
3. Buffalo Bills
The injuries for this team really hurt them and could be a long-term problem, especially on the defensive side of the ball. This team will be faced with the task of playing a good Ravens team.
4. Green Bay Packers
The Packers still don’t do a lot on offense, but of course, once Aaron Rodgers gets into the swing of things with these young receivers they will get going. Their defense has been impressive in defeating Tampa Bay.
5. Kansas City Chiefs
Now, the Chief’s passing game has not been as good the past few weeks, which is a concern. They will now head to Tampa to play a Bucs team coming off a loss.
6. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
This Tampa Bay offense has too many players out with injuries currently. It’s been so bad that even Tom Brady cannot bail this team out. The defense has payed well so far in three games but now they will be faced with the tough task of taking on Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs.
7. Los Angeles Rams
They are so far 2-1, but they have not played like the team that won it all last year. They seem to be out of sync a little bit.
8. Baltimore Ravens
Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson has been very special this season and is showing that he can sling the ball downfield. He is proving that he is back to his MVP level of play.
9. Jacksonville Jaguars
The Jaguars have put the league on notice the past two weeks and are showing flashes of the rebuild progressing better than expected. The defense has true raw potential and the offense is improving drastically.
10. Los Angeles Chargers
To be honest, they looked terrible against the Jaguars. They were dominated on both sides of the ball. Injuries may be a major concern with this team in a big way.
