Rain World’s Saint Campaign Is Cold.
Rain World, as mentioned on this page before, is a survival game on Steam. With owning Rain World Downpour, you get to play as a multitude of Slugcats. The one I’ll be talking about is Saint, the green slugcat with a grapple tongue and fluffy fur. Saint’s campaign starts out in a ice age condition, meaning they need to constantly either stop by lantern poles, hang out in closed off areas, or carry around a lantern. What makes it more complicated, is that you have to travel to two iterators areas; Looks To The Moon, and Five Pebbles. They will send you off to find Echoes, so that you can ascend. As Saint does it, Saint gains the ability to one-shot creatures by getting max karma. Upon going to ascend, however, Saint cannot unlike all the other slugcats, being stuck in a loop until the end of time. However, Saint had helped many others ascend, out of the kindness of their heart. If you wish to play the Saint campaign, I recommend getting Rain World, Rain World Downpour, and play through Monk, Survivor, Hunter, Rivulet, Artificer, and Spearmaster first. Spearmaster will be another one of the harder slugcats, but since Saint cannot attack so it cannot really defend itself and it can only eat from corpses and fruits, it makes it much harder considering there are less fruit in Saint’s Campaign from the ice age.
