High school is a long journey, but it can feel like it flies by super fast in your last year there. It’s especially stressful to pick what you want to do for higher education. Some choose to go to college afterwards, and some don’t. But what happens to the seniors after high school? What careers do they pick?
#1) Skilled Trade
In this people will usually go for plumbing and house repair, like electrical work, and different types of welding. Or people will go for automotive repair. A lot of these jobs are high in demand because there will always something technical to be repaired like cars or heating.
#2) Healthcare
Healthcare has always been one of those jobs that are well respected in. There’s a lot of people included in healthcare like nurses, specialist doctors, etc.
#3) On demand jobs
A lot of on demand jobs such as sales workers, construction workers, hospitality workers, security guards, drivers, etc. These are good paying simple jobs that don’t really require any sort of higher education in that. Its a out of school job with demanding hours but are needed everywhere.
#4) Education and training
In this field are people studying with apprenticeships and learning to become teachers for different subjects.
#5) Military
The armed forces offer paths to stable jobs, benefits, and education after.
