The ice-cream of the week is Rocky Road. Rocky Road ice-cream is a chocolate flavored ice-cream. It is traditionally composed of milk-chocolate ice-cream, nuts, and marshmallows. Also some Rocky Road ice-cream has walnuts, or toasted almonds. And there are some Rocky Road ice-cream brands that use vanilla ice-cream with chocolate chips, nuts, marshmallows, and almonds. You can eat Rocky Road ice-cream with almost any kind of pastry, like cupcakes!
