Would be South High senior Reyna Avelar is not going to South this year. Instead she is finishing her degree online through e-school. While not uncommon for a student to do this, Reyna has a special reason, she is competing on the Hispanic version of America’s Got Talent. She performed on Wed., Sept. 25, 2013, and you can watch her performance below. Based on the comments from the judges Reyna appears to be well on her way to the big time.
