Pistachio ice-cream is flavor of the week. This ice-cream has a rich pistachio taste that packs an intense wallop of nutty flavor. Many people come to love this flavor after they get past the green color. There is also a Blue Bunny brand that has pistachio flavored ice-cream and chunks of walnut.
