Ice Cream Of The Week (May 5th – May 9th)
Brownie Batter is the ice-cream flavor of the week. This is a premium ice-cream made by Braum’s. Premium Brownie Batter is a chocolate brownie ice-cream with brownie batter ribbons and pieces of chocolate brownie mixed in. This ice-cream flavor is also know as Chocolate Fudge Brownie, which is sold by Ben & Jerry’s.
Blue Bell Ice Cream sells a similar ice-cream known as Rockslide Brownie. This is a dark-chocolate ice-cream with pieces of chocolate brownies, miniature marshmallows, hopped almonds, pecans and walnuts, all surrounded by a rich caramel swirl.
