My Experience at the Sematary Bloody Angel Tour

The Haunted Mound is on tour and set Lawrence on fire. The Bloody Angel mixtape was dropped March 29th and the Haunted Mound announced they’d be going on tour. I let a friend know and the tickets were bought.

The venue -The Granada- was a small bar with a stage close to the pit. The bathrooms were clean and it was cold inside. After a two and a half hour ride we arrived at 6:30. The doors opened at 7:00 and we needed the merch. But, it wasn’t even worth it because half of it was sold out already.

Before the show started songs playing were a mix of Lifelover, Cheif Keef, and Speaker Knocker. Anvil opened with a DJ set including Bladee, Lil Peep, and more Cheif Keef.

Hackle came out first and performed his set. Anvil stayed on stage as the hype man and DJ. Hackle played his most high-energy songs and the crowd was definitely into it. He played his song with Buckshot last to transition into his set. After that, Hackle left the stage for the rest of Buckshot’s set. Buckshot interacted with the crowd the most, touching the hands of out-reaching fans multiple times. I enjoyed his performance a lot, his voice was mixed best in my opinion. After Buckshot there was an intermission before Sematary came out. The stage filled with smoke as ambient music played. All four joined the stage for the opener Haunted Mound Reapers. Sematary on a great show. He and Buckshot instructed the crowd to do things making the experience even better. Sematary talked to the crowd shortly before leaving.

After the show, people hung around the back where the tour bus was waiting for Hackle and Sematary. They did end up coming out and taking pictures. I had to leave early so I didn’t get to see that unfortunately. But there WILL BE A NEXT TIME! HAUNTED MOUND FOREVER!
