Ice-Cream Of The Week (Sept.9th – Sept.13th)
– Mint Chocolate Chip ice-cream is the flavor of the week! If you love those Thin Mint cookies from girl scouts you will love this ice-cream. This ice-cream is mint with chocolate chips sprinkled in it. The mint flavor is sometimes peppermint or spearmint. Food coloring is used to make the ice-cream green, but most “organic” or “all natural” ice-creams are white. Some brands name it chocolate (or choco) chip mint, mint ‘n chip, or just mint chip. It is also known as peppermint bon bon.
