Cinnamon Roll flavored ice-cream, is the ice-cream of the week. It is cheesecake flavored ice-cream with swirls of cinnamon filling and cinnamon sugar bits. This ice-cream is a great frozen treat to have at midnight. And if you really love cinnamon you can eat some yummy Cinnamon Rolls! There are also Cinnamon Roll ice-cream sandwiches. That is a cinnamon roll cut in half with vanilla ice-cream in the middle.
