Who is Bob Odenkirk: American actor and comedian Bob Odenkirk, well known for his portrayal of Saul Goodman on Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. Bob is a prolific actor with an intensive catalog, spanning from 90’s comedy skits to modern brutal action films. Bob also has a rich history as a writer in hollywood. Bob has written for SNL, The Ben Stiller Show The Simpsons, Futurama, and more. Bob got into the business in the 80’s writing for Ben Stiller and SNL which cemented him as a comedian. Eventually Bob went from writing sketch comedy to starring in it with David Cross with 1995’s Mr. Show. Bob’s acting career only got more successful, with his cameos in popular tv shows and movies. Odenkirk, though he didn’t get the role was considered for Michael Scott in the American adaptation of The Office. The role Bob is most well known for however is Saul Goodman in critically acclaimed shows Breaking Bad, and Better Call Saul. The latter of which is seeing it’s final season soon. Bob has many more films and shows still left in him proved by 2021 action hit Nobody, proving Odenkirk can get his hands dirty. Not even a heart attack could stop him, proven by Odenkirk experiencing one on the set of Better Call Saul and coming back a few weeks later to finish the scene.
Odenkirk’s ceremony for his star went around April, 18th. Many old friends made an appearance, including David Cross, Giancarlo Esposito, Rhea Seehorn, and more. His star is even next to Breaking Bad co-star’s Bryan Cranston, on 1725 Vine St.
