Roe V Wade being  overturned eliminates safe options for women to make decisions about their bodies and reproductive system. This, however, does not stop abortions this just ends safe abortions. 

If we expand our minds you would understand that reproductive rights aren’t just for cisgender women. Reproductive rights are for anyone who has a uterus. Which would include transgender men and those of the gender diverse spectrum. 

It’s unfortunate that America is in the position that we are in right now when we fought so hard to get out of the hole that we are now back in. 

Contraceptives are also being outlawed. IUDs and Plan B are choices that people are given if they do not want to become pregnant. And those on the far right argue that people are using abortions as a form of birth control when, in reality, nobody wants to get an abortion. This isn’t something that is desired by anyone however abortions should be a choice given to those who need it. 

If the Supreme Court continues to outlaw and take away basic human rights, things like hormone replacement therapy and gender affirming surgeries wont be options for transgender people, not to mention that its already diffilcut to acccess hormones and surgeires without going through an extensive process and often times people have to pay out of pocket to receive gender affirming care. 

For minorities in America, its especially terrifying as our rights are being stripped from us. The matter of the fact is that the Supreme Court is likely going to overturn gay marriage, women’s right to vote, slavery, interracial marriage and so much more.
