Why is it important to notice when someone is having a panic attack? well first off a panic attack is when a sudden onset of intense fear or discomfort that peaks within minutes. During an attack, individuals may experience a range of physical symptoms. These symptoms could be stuff involving, racing hearts, shortness of breath that feels like you’re being choked, sweating, trembling, nausea, dizziness, numbness, feelings of unreality, and the fear of losing control.

Panic attacks can occur within many things that include, traumatic events, they could be genetic, environmental stresses, etc. For example, you could have one when in a very overstimulated setting, like being told to do many things at once making your mind race.
It happens a lot within’ teens and mostly within’ teens because during that time period they are within’ lots of activities and problems with drama. For example, I have terrible panic attacks and sometimes they get bad enough that I have to isolate myself, and many people would overlook that kind of thing. When us people and kids go through this kind of stuff it makes out life pile up all of the anxiety and soon it would come out at the worse moment possible. Sometimes they get so bad to the point that people with it have to have a doctor and or therapist to help them out daily.

Panic Attacks are one of the scariest things that can happen within a stressful event and can cause a change within’ your life, if you ever have a panic attack try to look towards someone that makes a life living affect towards you. and to not isolate in a shadow of another, panic attacks are also closely related, they can be quiet also, so look around you and focus on the important surroundings.
