Looking for another Roblox game to play that isn’t a front-page game or is truly overlooked by many players? This list will have five game recommendations with their own description of either progression or gameplay.
Refinery Caves 2

Refinery Caves 2, a successor game to Refinery Caves 1, is a tycoon-based game inspired by lumber Tycoon 2, which is centered around exploration, mining ore, chopping trees, and fishing. In Refinery Caves 2 or RFC2 for short, there are three “professions” you can choose from when starting a new game such as the Miner, which focuses on mining unique ores from caves to literal volcanos. The Lumber, which focuses on chopping trees that can range from large trees such as Great wood and the elusive Goldwood, which can be found in the crystalized abyss.
Lastly, there is the Fisher which focuses on fishing from multiple unique areas with their own ranges of species of marine life or maybe someone’s pair of boots. The progression system in this game is mainly expanding your plot/base and upgrading your tools, and gaining new equipment from selling your ores, lumber, or fish. In RFC2, it also focuses on exploration, which there are multiple biomes you can explore ranging from lush jungles, underground caves, to literal hidden forests like the lush valley, located under Novabay or the purple cave, located on Sakura Island.
Decaying Winter
Decaying Winter is a team waved-based looting survival game centered around surviving ten nights while scavenging for resources, weapons, while fighting off “scavs” for survival. As each night progresses, the amount of scavs increase, along with more dangerous variants of scavs appearing. With each wave there is a five-minute intermission that allows your team to loot for food, which you gain from killing scavs, loot lockers or crates that are all over the map, which their loot ranges from melee weapons, explosives or deployable items, and medical equipment. Players can also craft unique items with blueprints that are found around the map by using scraps that you obtain by recycling weapons or items.

Players can also play as different “agents” or classes for slight advantage when fighting scavs, an example being the Arbiter, an front-role class that is equipped with a weapon called the “knuckleboom”, which is basically a fist gun that deals high damage when used in close range of an enemy and if timed right can perform a “long shot” that can stun or kill multiple enemies in one shot, with the down side of having to be distanced from the enemy as long shots can also kill the player if performed too close.
Decaying Winter, however, is NOT an easy game to play, as this game requires experience from playing the game overtime, along with gaining knowledge of using in-game mechanics such as crafting from wood and stone piles, parrying, enemy behavior, and managing infection or debuffs. Recommend classes for beginners after reaching level 5 from my experience, would be Hivemind or Sovereign as both classes are perfect for crowd control or for personal defense. Tickspider is also a great class for general defense during scav waves, and Riskrunner, which can give your team a slight advantage when things are getting out of control with scavs or for general crowd control.
Marble Mania

Marble Mania is a fun exploration and adventure game where you literally play as a marble. In this game there are multiple achievements that the player must unlock to progress further into the game, while also traversing through Marble Mania’s unique and interactive map. There are many achievements all around the map, some in plain sight while others hidden in false walls or mazes. While playing the game and unlocking achievements, you gain in-game currency that you can use to unlock trails, marble skins, or if you save enough, you can buy game passes rather than spending robux. Marble Mania also has two maps that you can play on, which both have their own unique achievements to unlock, along with interactable objects such as cannons to launch yourself, speed pads, ramps, pianos, and many others.
Grave Digger
Grave Digger is a dark fps game that takes place in an alternate WW1 scenario where the world is split between two factions that have been fighting in a prolonged war that has ravaged and made the surface of earth unhabitable, forcing humanity to live underground, taking their war along with them. In Grave Digger has two factions you can play such as the Royal Nation, based on a mix of Germany and the United States, and the Golden Empire, based off of a mix of multiple European nations, France, Germany, Italy, and many others. There are unique classes you can play as, such as Soldat, Rook, Mortician, Jaeger, officer, lancer, and Vanguard.

Grave Digger has many weapons that you can choose from with each weapon having a unique background description and mastery skins. Along with weapons, there are perks/talents that you can use that also have unique stories with them and unique traits to them that can give you a upper hand in the caves, such as “Apparition” a talent that dims your lantern temporarily for a couple of seconds after killing an enemy player and with its lore, it’s implied that people with traits of Apparition feel safer in the dark as they can “see fine in the dark”.
As for gameplay, the winning team is given the option to vote for a new game mode, which game modes can range from control, where both teams are automatically given two captured points and have to dig and fight for a central point, skirmish, which is the default game mode where both teams have to fight and hold three control points, and many others. During voting, some game modes will have unique factors or events that can spice up the round such as “elite Reinforcements” where some players from both teams have their base classes converted into their “shock trooper” variants, which are upgraded and deadlier forms of base classes.
Both teams are given 500 tickets which are basically used to respawn players, however these tickets will decrease as more players die, which if one team loses all 500 tickets before the other team, it will start a “last stand” event where the losing team has to holdout for around five minutes at their spawn for evacuation. If the losing team has 100 tickets and the winning team has more than 300 tickets, then the losing team will be reinforced with a “dreadnought”, a unique class that is equipped with a hip-fired modified M2 browning machinegun, adorned with knight-like armor that is immune or resistant to all forms of damage, but with the downside of slowly having their health slowly drained overtime.
Centaura

Centaura is a World War 1 style game that is a prequel to Dead Ahead, another game you should play if you’re looking for naval-based game. This game takes place during the Antares’s military conquest of the Centauran continent, featuring many diverse nations such as the Corvus Confederation, Empire of Cetus, Kingdom of Aquila, Antares imperium, and the soon or never to be released Dominio de Vega. Centaura features 34 maps, each having their own objectives, eras, and immersive atmosphere. Out of the many games, Centaura is one of the most immersive games on Roblox, making you feel like you’re on the battlefield with its sounds of artillery, screaming, character callouts, environmental storytelling, and the general setting of each map.
Each map takes place in a different point of the war/campaign, which the game mainly focuses and currently has two campaigns such as the Cetan Campaign, featuring maps relating to Cetus and Corvus, and the Aquilian Campaign, featuring maps relating to Antares and Aquila. As for gameplay Centaura has nine classes such as the Rifleman, Assault, and Grenadier, while featuring other special classes unique to some maps like the Anti-Tank class and Flame Trooper. Objectives in this game are mainly capturing objectives for a set amount of time to drain enemy points and on some maps like Roland’s Prairie will feature a breakthrough and domination style game having the objective transition as the enemy team pushes and captures more objectives.
