I recently have watched all the Twilight movies for the first time in a week. I can say that it wasn’t bad but I definitely had higher expectations. I am not a movie fanatic but I have been hearing people talk about Twilight for years. What better time to watch it now, during fall and that me and Bella are around the same age.

Twilight
I did have an idea of what was going to happen because I have seen some clips of the movies and heard people talk about them. However, nothing could have prepared me for the absolute cringe I was about to see. I mean come on, when Bella walked into her science class and the look Edward was making plus his hand covering, making it seem like she smelled. The whole thing was very awkward. The first half of the move was him lurking in the shadows watching her. It was weird. The scene where he stops the car from hitting her, him telling Bella they can’t be friends anymore, I’m sorry, were they ever friends? They knew each other for 5 minutes. The whole running in the forest was definitely a surprise to me. Despite all of the second hand embarrassment, and cringing I did, I had laughed a lot and enjoyed watching. 8/10.
The Twilight Saga: New Moon
I watched the second one all the way up to the fourth one in one day! Edward leaves Bella to protect her. Bella becomes depressed for a few months even though she barley knew him. Poor Bella’s dad, Charlie, he had to hear all of her screaming in her nightmares. Eventually Bella goes outside. She spends a lot of time with Jacob. Most importantly, being dangerous and risky. This was the only way she could see Edward, which that was not really explained how she could see him. It was just hallucinations I suppose. One day Edward calls Bella’s house, Jacob picks up and tells him that Charlie is planning a funeral. Edward freaks out and thinks that it is Bella’s funeral. Which it was not. Guess what he does next? Tries to get the higher up vampires to kill him. Why? Because Bella was “dead”, even though he wasn’t seeing her anyway. They decline his request because they said he was too powerful and could be useful later. Edward is not giving up though, he plans to reveal that he is a vampire in front of thousands of people, so the higher ups can kill him. Alice, his “sister” can predict the future and tells Bella. So, Bella and Alice are off to save him. Much more happens after, but I’m not going to explain the whole movie, mostly because I forgot, but one thing that I do remember is that I liked it. 6/10 (It was not as funny and it was a little boring at times, plus, she was being embarrassing)
The Twilight Saga: Eclipse
Okay so, this girl named Victoria from the first movie had her boyfriend killed, when he had lured Bella in and tried to kill her. Victoria starts a vampire army in hopes to kill Bella! Bella is conflicted between Edward and Jacob. 2 boys love her, who will she choose. Bella, not that dumb, chooses Edward. They had teamed up with the werewolves and fought the newborn vampires (not actually a newborn, just a new vampire), resulting to Victoria’s death. Jacob runs away.. in werewolf form, because why not? After the battle, Edward proposes to Bella and she accepts, why propose at this moment, because why not? I liked this movie.. I think, I honestly forgot so this gets 5/10 for not being memorable.
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part one + Part two
Edward and Bella are now married. While on their honeymoon, Bella discovers that she is with child. At this time Bella is still a human so the baby is a hybrid (Half Human Half Vampire). The baby grows really fast and long story short, Bella basically dies giving birth to the child. However, Edward turns Bella into a vampire. Everyone thinks that she has died, but wait! She wakes up. Her and Edward have a moment. Bella finds out Jacob has imprinted on her daughter. The child grows up really fast, she now is around the age of a 5 year old. A vampire spots Edward, Bella, and their daughter and thinks that they have turned that child into a vampire. She reports back to the higher vampires, and they plan on killing the child. There now is a whole war between the Volturi (higher up vampires), and the crew that the cullins gathered, (Edwards family), and the werewolves. There was this whole fight, which wasn’t bad, but then after the head vampire Volturi guy died, we discover that that whole fight didn’t even actually happen, and it was just him seeing Alice’s vision. 7/10 for having a good twist and because it was the last movie that I had to watch for the series.
