Halloween is right around the corner, meaning that this is the perfect time to do my personal ranking of the best candy to give out on Halloween, 10 being the worst and 1 being the best.

10. 3 Musketeers- 3 Musketeers are a chocolate bar with a light, whipped chocolate center. This candy is definitely not my favorite because to me, it tastes weird. It’s not horrible but I wouldn’t choose it over something else.

9. Dum Dum’s- Dum Dum’s are a small round hard candy on a stick. They have multiple different flavors such as cherry and root beer. Dum Dum’s are good but i feel like every year you just get too much of them so they aren’t as enjoyable.

8. Milky Ways- Milky Ways are a chocolate bar with a caramel and nougat center. I’m not sure what I like or don’t like about this candy which is why it’s in 8th place.

7. Butterfinger’s- Butterfinger’s are a chocolate with a crunchy, flaky, peanut butter center. These are very good but not all the time, only when I want them.

6. M&M’s- M&M’s are a sugar coated chocolate which have several different colors and flavors such as caramel, peanut butter, milk chocolate, etc. Because of the variety of flavors this candy has, these are one of my favorite candys.

5. Hershey’s- Hershey’s are a chocolate bar with several different types of flavors, such as cookies and cream, almond, dark chocolate, and more. Even though this one has a wide variety just like M&M’s, I find these to be more enjoyable.

4. Snickers- Snickers are a chocolate with a milk chocolate outside and the inside has a mixture of caramel, nougat, and peanuts. There is nothing wrong with this candy other than the fact they get old sometimes.

3. Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups- Reese’s are a chocolate with a smooth peanut butter center. For awhile, I did not really like these, but I’ve started liking them recently so that’s why they’re in my top three.

2. Twix- Twix is a chocolate with a cookie base and is topped with caramel and coated with milk chocolate. It was hard to pick between Twix and my number one option because I like both a ton.

1. KitKats- KitKats are a milk chocolate candy with a crispy wafer layer. This chocolate is my number one because I enjoy the mix of chocolate and the                                                                                 crunchy wafer.
