National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation: This movie is about a father, Clark Griswold, who wants to have the perfect Christmas ever. Everything was going just as how he planned until his family came unplanned and ruined his perfect Christmas.

Gremlins: Gremlins is about a gadget salesman who is looking for the best gift for his son for Christmas. He finds a ‘mogwai’ and buys it. But, the salesman never told him how to care for it. He accidentally breaks all of the rules, causing the gremlin to tear up the town on Christmas Eve.

The Santa Clause: This movie is about a divorced father, Scott, who had custody of his son on Christmas Eve. After he accidentally kills a man in a Santa suit, he soon has to become the new Santa. He gains weight, grows a beard, and has to actually take on the challenge of being the new Santa Clause.
